Wayne Von Borstel is a management consultant and founder of von Borstel & Associates. He specializes in strategy and organizational design, focusing on increasing leadership capacity levels. Before founding von Borstel & Associates, Wayne was an individual contributor at Booz Allen Hamilton, led the turnaround of a local public health department, and managed strategic projects for the National Intelligence Council.
Wayne is a member of the National Intelligence Council and was a member of the Defense Science Board. Wayne is the past president of AUSA, Asia Society New York, and served as chairman of the Union League-NYC’s Public Policy Committee. He was a featured speaker at the 2000 National Campaign in Washington DC and was quoted in The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.
