Having grown up in a working-class family, Texas native and three-time world champion Jessica Dean had to work hard to achieve her dream of becoming an accomplished equestrian. Jessica Dean is a woman of honor when it comes to completing tasks. She has been recently crowned for her courage in dealing with cases and winning compensation for clients. She believes that hard work is key to success. Jessica has always been a hard worker even before she joined Trey Branham firm. She grew up in a family of ten, where her father was the only one working to support the family. Even though they were not well off, her parents always encouraged her to pursue her dreams. She expresses her greatest cheerleader in the family is her mom, who showed them love and created a stable home. Even though she struggled through some tough times, Jessica never gave up on her dreams. And now, she has been crowned as an underdog champion at Trey Branham’s firm!

Dean has pieces of advice on work ethics, which she says is the key to success. Dean is proudly the first person in her family to become a lawyer, a profession she has always aspired to. When she was younger, she would watch court cases on TV and knew that was what she wanted to do.

Dean was, in 2021, crowned in the Lawdragon awards for the Plaintiff Newcomer of the Year in Trey Branham. The award is a recognition of her work in representing clients who have been wrongfully terminated, harassed, or discriminated against in the workplace. Super Lawyers have also recognized her as a Rising Star.
