Our Purchasing Policies:

All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front to cover the costs of initial materials and production.

This deposit is, again, non-refundable.

We will guarantee timely communication with updates and photos of your project as production continues.

Changes, additions, tweaks and twiddles should be communicated during production to ensure you receive the product you want.


Upon completion of your project we will send a photo of the final project.

If the product meets your needs and requirements final payment can be made and your product will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.


NOTE: Your product will not ship until your final payment had cleared 100%.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue.

Our products are hand made and there may exist tiny imperfections and stresses. These are the earmarks of a one of a kind product made specifically for you.
